About
Skilled Administrative Support Professional with 15 Years' Experience
I'm Gemma Ross, and I am delighted to offer my clients a bespoke concierge service to help with their every-day life.

My career has been an interesting one. At the tender age of 15 I was fortunate enough to gain a work experience placement with Virgin Limited, working alongside the executive assistants to Sir Richard Branson. From here it led me to taking a Pitman training course to be an executive personal assistant, learning all the skills required to be an excellent administrator. I soon moved on to work at a luxury five-star hotel as an administrator for the events and marketing team, before becoming PA to the executive head chef. Here I worked with a variety of clients in film, television and the hotel's regular clients, along with supporting the world golf championships.

Through working with a large client, I moved onto working for a leading pharmaceutical company as a travel and conference co-ordinator. During this time though, I had a change of career and became a teacher, working in independent and international schools. My work with luxury hotels and corporate companies was a huge asset as I became actively involved with parent groups and events within the academic calendar, and developed my technology and people skills further.

My first client as a personal concierge assistant was to my husband, Robert Ross, where I began supporting him with his admin, correspondence and social media. Over the past two years I have developed my skills and with his support and encouragement I have now branched into working with new clients, as well as continuing to support Robert.

I am now moving into Literary and Talent Agency support having successfully placed a number books for clients. Contact me to discuss your needs.
The years have taught me many skills from very different industries but all have something in common, the desire to help people and how to keep calm under pressure.
